Therapy Sessions
Children

As a child it can be really difficult to talk about big emotions and feelings that we have,

sometimes we don't even know the words to use to explain these thoughts and feelings. We

use play and creative arts to help children to explore what is going on and help make sense

of these feelings in a safe space

Young People

As a young person you may need a space where you can be fully yourself and

explore the things that are troubling you. Our team uses a range of creative approaches to

support you as a young person in building self-esteem, instilling hope and finding a way

forward

Adults

As an adult you may have reached a stage in your life where you need some help. Whether it’s current circumstances or past experiences that you are struggling with - then counselling might be something that will be helpful for you.

Other

We offer a range of services including Supervision, Family Therapy, Working in Schools and Training/Workshops
